My name is Carlo Spada, and Nenà is my way of honoring the legacy of my family and our traditions. My mother, Antonietta—affectionately called “Nenà”—and my grandmother shared with me their passion for cooking, hospitality, and preserving our Ciociarian heritage.
After a fulfilling career in food and wine marketing, I decided to dedicate myself to my lifelong dream: sharing the joy of Italian hospitality and cooking with guests from around the world.
